Guest Policies for a Smooth Stay

These terms help us provide a safe, comfortable, and well-managed experience for every guest at My Hotel Dwarka. By making a booking or staying with us, you agree to the policies below.

Terms & Conditions

  • All bookings at My Hotel, Dwarka are subject to availability and confirmation. Guests are required to provide valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation in case of non-compliance with policies or inappropriate conduct.
  • Standard check-in time is 01:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • To confirm a booking, the hotel may require advance payment or pre-authorization equivalent to one night’s stay along with applicable taxes. Cancellations made within the allowed cancellation window (as communicated at the time of booking) are eligible for a full or partial refund. Cancellations made after this period, or no-shows, may attract applicable charges.
  • Any eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original mode of payment.
